HAZET 2162M grease gun - holder for second nozzle

This is a holder for the second nozzle that comes with the HAZET 2162M grease gun. If you, like me, don't know where to put it this comes in handy. The nozzle is secured by a tight fit that wraps around the thread by more than 180°. Additional security is achieved by using a magnet.

You will need a round Magnet with 10mm diameter and 1,5mm height.

The fit is rather tight around the tube of the grease gun as I constructed it with 0 tolerance. But it won't slip around.

Be careful not to put the shell seams in the area of the nozzle as it then won't fit so nice and snug.

Advantages:

• The probability of misplacing your second nozzle is now reduced

Disadvantages:

• The HAZET is partly covered :(

Ideas for another time:

• The part could probably altered a bit to save material and see the logo

Print instructions

The print in the pictures is printed in variable layer height.

0.2mm is also possible and looks even nicer (except the "stairs" on top). I printed a prototype with a wrong measurement in 0.2mm and liked the outcome better after comparing it to the variable layer height part.

Infill: 15%
Material: PET
( I used BASF Ultrafuse PET)

The G-Code is for a Mini with and also does a bit temperature compensation for the Minda/Pinda-Thingy sensor.
