Note: there's some weird behaviour of the organic supports, so there are some places in the print that are not ideal - but it prints.
The playsation controller model was created by Saba.Lanchava
The current contest inspired me to create a controller stand for PS4 controller, using the organic support feature. This method can be used to create a stand for any object.
Hopefully the settings will be shared through the 3mf file. In summary, the object is used to generate supports via support enforcers, then erased by using the infill, layer and perimeter modifiers of the object set to zero. However, the slicer doesn't like this, so there are issues with the bottom interface layers - the slicer either ignores the object which forms the base, or creates an empty layer above the object, depending on the hiearchy. I had to add extra object on top of the base to close the gap.
The author remixed this model.
The model uses the original model to generate supports.
