Zero clearance insert for the Hammer C3 table saw. It probably also fits the Hammer K3 and Hammer B3. To limit the size of printer needed it is a 2 part model.

The attached model are each time the front and back parts for both a 250 mm and 315 mm blade. The front part for a 250 mm comes in two variants. With and without the recess for the scoring knife. All these come in both a 45\u00b0 and 90\u00b0 blade angle variant.

I've also added the Fusion 360 parametric model so it should be easy to make variants for other blade angles and or different blade diameter.

Update 01/11/2024, new model v10:

I've updated the model so that it can now also handle saw blade angles.
I've improved the model to provide better clearance for the blade mounting flange.
I've updated the model with more round-overs.
To make variants
- For a 315mm blade, set the Fusion parameter \u201cRivingKnifeLength\u201d to \u201c52.5 + RivingKnifeClearance\u201d and the parameter \u201cScorerDiameter\u201d to -23
- To remove the Scorer recess for a 250 mm blade, change the Fusion paramater \u201cScorerDiameter\u201d to -91.49
- The blade tilt angle can be modified by means of the Fusion parameter \u201cBladeAngle\u201d. The valid range is from 0.01\u00b0 (perpendicular to the table) to 45\u00b0

Update 12/09/2025, new model v16 (Fusion 360 only):

I've updated the Fusion 360 model to be easier for creating variants and also have the option to split the part in 3 to accommodating smaller printers (max length is 285 mm). To make variants change the model parameters as following:

Set BladeDiameter (only tested with 250mm and 315mm)
Set BladeAngle. The valid range is from 0.01\u00b0 (perpendicular to the table) to 45\u00b0
Set hasScorer to either 0 or 1 (if the BladeDiameter is larger than 250mm, the scorer is automatically removed)
Set hasRivingKnife to either 0 or 1. Like the parameter comment says, don't do stupid when your riving knife isn't installed.
Set Parts to either 1 or 2. If you set it to 2 you will have to manually unsuppresses the grouped features at the end of the history timeline. (It is suppressed per default because else it brakes the 1 part configuration)
