External CD/DVD drive case

This is an update of the cd/dvd case by mebs (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4409017).

I've added brackets for the SATA/USB adapter PCB and the USB connector on the rear.

In addition, all the screws have been modified to use recycled metal inserts from the same old laptop from which the cd player came. Tip for recovering the inserts: cut off their plastic casings and put them in acetone for an hour. After that, you can easily remove the plastic in the inserts gaps.
