Great cover for the xacto blade, the print was super easy and it first perfectly (scaled it to 101% so that the tactile one can slot in perfectly) fantastic design I even had to print a second shorter one for the travel sized xacto handle and it turned out great!

Great addition to the handle, but seems a bit loose. Not a problem though and might fix itself with a blade fitted in the handle. (edited)
@Matiss_122325 It could be that the updated design of the handle itself might have changed some dimensions. I should re-assess since I haven't printed any of the new design. Thanks for the heads-up!
Printed well I think it could be a little tighter fit.

The fit tolerance might come down to a difference between printers. I have two printed right now, both from the same printer, using the same filament, and both fit slightly differently. One being considerably looser than the other.
A perfect fit! The tolerances are spot on and I can appreciate how streamlined it is.
I love the approach you took with this one! I was in the process of designing my own cap but this one is perfect
