I don't have the real thing, so not claiming 100% accuracy, but as close as possible with the resources I have, including help with some more exact measurements by folks on the Sinclair forums who own one. There are two versions of the case, the original being vacuum formed, and later builds being injection molded and there are a number of differences between them. This is the earlier vacuum formed model. Thanks to the first couple guys that posted & modified the first try at modelling this who inspired me to do my own. In the last picture you can see a comparison of an early version of mine on top and the two piece earlier attempt by other authors. I also showed cad overlays of the design on photos of the real thing which were primary sources for the design.  The top and bottom both print in one piece on a Prusa or similar with supports. You can print a wide variety of layer heights and the bottom can be printed in pretty much any orientation with tradeoffs for each. I used PLA, but ABS with sanding then vapor smoothing would probably be the best result.
