It doesnt spread water enough and holes are big, so it doesn't provide much benefit.
There is no hole in back for getting air back. On my jug doesn't fit properly and pin, but thats just my problem probably

Printed mine in PETG (no supports). Top of milk bottle has a small hole punched to allow water to flow.
Unfortunately here in Australia, the thread seems to be exactly 180 degrees from pouring via the bottle handle. I have to tighten past where the thread stops to get it to pour without leaking, which means I replace the bottle every week or two. (edited)

Works great after poking a hole in the jug for air!

Works good but it needs a hole for air so the water comes out smoother.
