Purge Bucket for a Kingroon KP3S combined with a bed cable guide.
@UPDATE@
Modified the model (V2), so the brush can be removed easily without disassembling the whole thing, because it hit my layer fanduct during mesh leveling. (As I'm using premeshed profiles for different buildsheets, dont need to level the bed before every print)
In the V2, the bucket is a little bit bigger.
@UPDATE #2@
Made a modified version to fit for the aluminium bed bracket plate
(can be ordered there: https://kingroon.com/collections/kingroon-kp3s-3d-printer-parts-accessories/products/aluminum-hotbed-bracket-kit-for-kp3s)
Since this plate is different from the steel one, all the models needed to change. The bucket become bigger, hope little filament parts wont fell off and stay under the bed, and rub the rail.
The brush is lower than the previous version, now (with my setup) the layer fan wont hit it during bed leveling.
BOM:
simple plastic brass brush
4pc 5x2 mm magnet
2pc heat insert (M2,5 was good)
2pc M2,5x6 bolt
In my setup the bucket postition is:
X98 Y188 Z5
For a wipe I'm using this macro:
G90
G0 X98 Y188 Z4.5 F6000
G0 X43
G91
G0 X40
G0 X-40
G0 X40
G0 X-40

@ UPDATE #3 @
Got some Bambulab A1 mini plates, so I had to modify my brush an bucket design. Still combined with the cable guide, but the brass brush is changed to a cheap A1 mini silicone nozzle wiper, and integrated guide for the A1 mini style sheets, as they are bigger than the bed (184x184 mm). So my KP3s is fully compatible with Bambulab plates (originally it is compatible, but the brush and bucket was in the way).
The wipe codeschanged a little bit, because the wiper is smaller. Everybody need to test out the proper X,Y dimensions. For me Y = 183.5 was the middle of the wiper. X moves between 98 and 72.
I don't think my solution will be universal, because my bed sits on silicone columns instead of springs …
The author remixed this model.
