Parametric: F360 files included so you can customize. Use the “change parameters” function to enter new values. Doing so should update all relevant parts. Please let me know if you have any problems.

Note all measurements are in mm.

The slide is the part that is used to line up the end of the chuck. Use a square to measure the distance from the end of the jaw to the headstock. This will become the slide length.

To use, place the slide on the ways and against the headstock. Place the measuring doohickey on the ways, sliding the doohickey up to bottom of bowl. The distance between the end of the slide and the edge of the doohickey base is the thickness of the bottom of the bowl.

If you have multiple chucks or multiple jaws, you may need multiple sliders.

The sliders have two internal holes to fit magnets. The size provided is 21 x 3 mm (¾ inch (190mm)) rare earth magnets. You can change that if needed. Between each measurement, just stick slide to headstock.

I recommend PETG. Seems to bounce better than PLA when dropped.
