Romantic Walk with Organic Supports

This model is meant to demonstrate the newly added organic supports of Prusa Slicer. Incidentally, it also uses 9 of the Prusament PEGT colors.

It was created as a random set of flowers and fruits hanging in the air. The Prusa Slicer 2.6.0 Beta 2 generated the missing stems and tree trunks.

The large file was printed with

- Prusament PETG Mango Yellow (on extruder 1)

- Prusament PETG Terracotta Light (on extruder 2)

- Prusament PETG Pistachio Green (on extruder 3)

- Prusament PETG Jungle Green (on extruder 4)

- Prusament PETG Orange (on extruder 5)

Towards the end of the print, after the yellow and orange flowers had been printed, the filament of was changed to

- Prusament PETG Crimson Red (on extruder 1)

- Prusament PETG Lipstick Red (on extruder 5)

- Prusament PETG Chalky Blue (on extruder 1)

That way, we get a greater variety of colors for the flowers and fruits.

The characters and the base were printed with Prusament PETG Signal White

Only multifilament (MMU2S) GCode files are provided. The 3MF files are set up for the MK3S with MMU2S. I used the fourth extruder for support. It can be changed in “Print settings” > “Multiple Extruders” > “Support material / raft / skirt extruder” > 4.

The assembly is simple. Glue the multicolored heart on the base. Glue the two characters on the heart. You will likely knock off a few flowers – at least, so did I – and you can simply glue them back on. It really does not matter where they end up.
