I made this spool holder to go inside a cheap ($8) dog food container that I found at Home Goods. I made it adjustable so it can fit inside any container that is within ~122 – 167mm interior dimensions.

You can glue this instead of screwing into the container, but I just used some O-Rings on the screw and I think that still maintains a good amount of air-tightness.
I have also included a spacer that I used to install an bowden connector but I don't like it very much, so it might be easier to just use a nut that fits the connector you want to use. I'd recommend another O-Ring here too.

I used some Velcro on the bottom of the container to hold it to the top of my lack enclosure so that I can easily remove it if I need to but it also stays put during prints.
I also put some desiccant inside the container just to keep extra moisture out when I open the lid for changing filament
Recommended Print Settings:
Layer Height : 0.28
Infill: 15 - 25%
Infill Type: Grid / Lines
Supports: Touching Buildplate only for the Spool Holders.
