Made the ridge where the webbing passes through pointier so that it catches and holds a little better.
Hi there -- this is a replacement buckle for a backpack strap. The original was on a sewn-in loop of webbing. It least it was until it wasn't. This replacement fits a 25mm (1in) webbing though you can probably scale it if required. For structural reasons, I used a 35mm 4M bolt to loop through the webbing and secured it with a nylock 4M nut.
I've included the .STEP file if you want to modify the design for your purposes. Have fun!
Resolution:
0.2mm
Infill:
15%
Notes:
Use extra perimeters to make certain the sides are solid. I printed it flat on the bed, with organic supports, though I think the bridging should be fine without it.
Installed!
