The Wilkhan “ON” is a great office chair, but on older/used models the back rest keeps sliding down. I made this model to prevent that, to keep the back rest in a raised position with the lumbar support where it needs to be.
The spacer is designed to not damage the upholstery and not getting in the way. I printed two of them and placed them on each side against the rails of the chairs sliding mechanism.
The model as is keeps the back rest at near maximum height. I included a .step file for easy modification should you require a different height. Alternatively, you can simply use your slicer's “scale model” function in one dimension to reduce the length of the spacer.
