I swapped the single light outlet in my shop to a power outlet/receptacle (Leviton 5059), so I could install some shop lights I purchased from Amazon. It didn't come with a cover and I didn't see any other designs online or for purchase. So I designed this very quickly; the screw tolerances could have been better, but I was able to install it without modification. Keep in mind that the hole in the drywall for my light socket was very small, this may not cover larger holes.
I printed this in ASA, and I scaled it up in my slicer to 100.8% to account for shrinkage when printing with ASA.
