Beyond being separated power pads you can adjust to your liking, the jump pad is also separate and can be foregone for the Patton. The front and rear pads are positioned farther to the ends of their respective areas, allowing for you to get maximum leverage while also retaining most of your contact area. In particular, I've had friends dismiss separate jump pads altogether for the lack of velcro area on existing options, so I made sure the jump pads here have a generous contact patch and they hold quite well.
While also not unique to these pads, I also added support for alignment notches where you can put down references to make reinstalling your pads easier if you have to remove them for storage or transport. Keep in mind that the pads in the photos are not the latest version of the design.
Finally, everything should comfortably fit within 160x160mm build volume, with possibly 150x150 or 140x140 being usable if you're willing to shrink the front pad in some dimensions. This should hopefully ensure that this design is accessible to many of you.
Print with a 0.8mm nozzle in TPU with a layer height around the neighborhood of 0.3mm with 3 walls and you should have them as intended. Alternatively, 4 walls a 0.6mm nozzle may get better print quality, and comparable speed if you're limited to 3-4mm volumetric flow rate. With these settings, expect to need about 800g or TPU and use a more rigid filament for the jump inserts (I used PETG). Add a wall if you really like your pads rigid and remove one if you want them even softer. Mirror each pad and the jump insert when printing out the right-side pads on your wheels.
At the end of the day, I mostly designed these pads for myself and just don't have any reason to not share them. With some other open-source pads, I either wanted more adjustability, more rigidity, or just ran into problems like back pads unsticking under hard braking. They may not be your cup of tea and they're a bit lower quality of a design than the big-name commercial pads that are out there, but if any of y'all find then useful I'd be happy :D.
Update (5/27/2023): Added Large/Mini variants for the pads and a shorter jump pad that doesn't stick out as much.
