This is a very specific mod that I created to mix the SV06 5015 Blower fan mod and my LDO PCB breakout board box so as to remove the stock toolhead PCB rewire and extend the existing THO, HE, PCF, HEF, ABL, and E-stepper wires and move them into a mount behind the print head onto a LDO breakout PCB used in many Voron Printers. The goal is to the reduce the wires to a 14pin harness down from 24pin ribbon cable and build out a traditional electronics bay below the printer, or just to run a smaller harness into the existing MCU box. I created the PCB breakout board box and merged it to the 5015Blower fan bracket, which now acts as the lid to the PCB box and mount for the blower fan and duct.
I also extruded the wings on the bracket to provide more surface area to brace against the back of the bearing box. I also extended the fan duct by 24.4mms to off set pushing the blower back by that amount so the fan is still in the correct cooling position.
I print most of my functional parts with 5 top and bottom layers, 4 perimeters, 40% infill at .2 layer with .4 nozzle in ABS. Print the box bottom down with supports, print the fan bracket standing upright with supports and the fan duct on the back side with the air ducts facing upwards. Again use supports. You could in theory use another toolhead board, Canbus board too with a little modification as to mounting it in the box, and if the ports are laying flat can even reduce the box height and then mod the fan duct as well. For me I was going for the analog approach for this.
Pcb screws with m2x10 self tap with 4mm spacers, box lid m2.5x6 bhcs, bracket to back of xcarriage m3x50 with m3 washers(m3x45 may work too). 5015 blower left mount m3x25 with m3 washer and m3 lock nut. Right m3 nut with m3x10 or 12 shcs.
