PDFRemixed the RHD Fan duct to be wider so that it can fit the Mosquito with a sock and still have some clearance.
Also merged the Fan Support with the Fan Shroud.
Added a mount for the fan shroud and BLTouch to be mounted on SKGo extruder plate.
No supports needed while printing.
