Voron 2.4 Touch Screen Housing for BTT Pi TFT50 V2.0

The screen is held into the housing using 4 m2.5x8mm socket head cap screws.  The housing attaches to the Voron 2020 rail using the default m3x8mm socket head cap screws.

This screens screw pattern is too wide to accommodate the default skirts.  The screen housings screw holes have bulges, that interfere with the stock skirts.

The skirts can be printed with an accent color for the honeycomb infill pattern, by switching filament colors at the layer just above the honeycomb mesh.    The housing accent pieces can be printed in different colors, and are secured to the housing with a few drops of superglue. 

I was able to print one of these housings with decent results using no supports whatsoever,  but if you use PrusaSlicers organic supports and a good amount of cooling, it comes out much better.
