Here we have a little front cover for the RG35XX, friction fit, pops on and off, good fit, it won't drop off accidentally in a bag or pocket, not so tight as to put undue pressure on the device. Subtle cosmetic detailing on the front, internal cut outs for controls inside.

I've made three versions:

1 - FoamInsert
This fully contacts the screen but makes use of the original foam packing insert for padding/protection.

2 - FullContact
This makes full contact with the screen but relies on the soft nature of TPU to protect it.

3 - NoContact
This has a cut-out for much of the screen, only making contact around the edges.

I use and recommend the foamy insert version 1. Regarding version 2, whilst TPU itself wont scratch glass, if you get some grit/sand between the screen and the TPU then it will scratch. The "no contact" version 3, is likely the best option if you don't have the original insert but I have not printed/tested this and it may have foibles yet to be discovered.

This cover doesn't extend over ports or buttons, microSD is accessible, there's enough clearance to allow standard sized USB C cable to be used. I don't know about the mini HDMI as I don't have one to test with.

Print in TPU. Chamfer is added to allow first layer squish without excessive elephant's foot.

I've included "plain" variants with no front cosmetics as these finer details can be awkward to get down if you're having bed adhesion issues.

Any issues or requests then please let me know, if I can help you I will.

Much love

I added a file titled 3_-_NoContact_RG35XX--TOP_ONLY.stl that is edited to end just below the screen but above where my controller grip is sitting.  It's not totally necessary but I liked the idea of having the screen covered.  I use the version 1 (FoamInsert) and it is excellent!! The NoContact version was a little too deep on mine and it sometimes presses and holds the power button (clearly not ideal).  I may edit the model to make a cutout for the buttons or you could just take a mm or 2 off of the depth when you print it.  Good luck and enjoy the RG35XX!
