A design to fix an Apple AirTag to the tubing of a stethoscope.

I created this design because my last stethoscope has gone missing in the hospital. It might help keeping track of yours, too!

It can be printed without using any supports or external hardware. The print is pretty strong and can also be glued shut with super glue to keep the AirTag nice and secure :)

You need to print top part as well as the bottom part using the correct diameter of your stethoscope tube. The threads might need a bit of breaking in and/or adjusting the sizing of the model to accommodate for your printers tolerance.

Print Settings

The design is pretty forgiving to print settings. Those are my last settings:

Printer: Prusa Mini
Filament: Generic PLA
Infill: Gyroid 15%
Layer height: 0.2mm
Solid Layers: 4 bottom, 4 top
Perimeters: 2

The result is a pretty strong print that is quite hard to break. If you further want to increase stability, an increase to 3-4 perimeters and 5 solid layers might be the recommended way.
