I wasn't a fan of a lot of the lightbar arms around so I modeled my own and am pretty happy how they turned out. I made a long arm, 190.75mm long (170.75mm past the extrusion), that can hold two stripes and a short arm, 131.6mm long (111.6mm past the extrusion), that can hold one. The arms use M5s to mount to the extrusion (with t-nuts) and to the LED strips (I used ParametricFab's parametric lightbar for LED strips). The indents for the strips can accommodate a 16.5mm wide strip and I suggest using low profile cap screws. All screw holes have a 1.5mm recess for M5 LPHC screw that I designed to be printed without supports at 0.32mm layer height, smaller will work, ymmv with larger.
