I felt like the Hexadidg was a lil small and would take up too much filament so I removed the outer shell and split it in half, made a retaining collar to connect the two and give it structure, and made a mouth piece for it.
Everything has been scaled up to 150% alternatively you could shrink it down to 66% ( its original size ) and with some clever splitting, you could make it as long as you wanted by adding midsections.
As for mouth pieces; I've added two. One has just been cut down to make a 30mm hole which I find makes it easiest to play. You may need to sand down the edge so it doesn't tare your lips up.
Everything should fit snugly and hold itself together. I did glue the collar and two pieces together to limit air leakage, which did make it sound better.
I printed everything at .20mm Layer height and 15% concentric infill. No supports in PLA
