This modular game was created for the Building Blocks Contest, and allows players to create an infinitely large and diverse terrain for infinite gameplay.  To set up the game, create a stunning world unlike anything you have seen before.  Then add castles to conquer and obstacles to avoid.  Try printing the terrain pieces in different colors such as blue for water or orange for lava.  After creating your new utopia, recruit as many Lego minifigures as you can find for your mediaeval army.  After that, you are ready to begin your conquest.

Gameplay Instructions:

  • Find a way to determine how a player gains a opportunity to conquer a block (this can be done with dice or by getting a trivia question correct (I personally like the trivia route)).
  • After a player or team gains a point, allow them to claim a block.
  • The objective of the game is to encircle the other castle.
  • Players or teams may claim another player/team's block.
  • Terrain blocks printed in orange(lava) or blue(water) are unclaimable.  The same goes for trees. (You may NOT encircle you castle with unclaimable blocks).
  • Have fun :)

Printing instructions:

  • If you don't have a multi-color printer, insert a filament change stop right at the intersection of the block and the castle/terrain segment.
  • The pine tree is upside-down on PURPOSE.  I think that it looks good with the fuzzy skin setting enabled, but be sure that you use a modifier cube so that ONLY the TREE NOT the STUMP is fuzzy.  Be sure to add a sufficient brim/raft to prevent bed separation.
  • Nothing needs supports.
