Losmandy Plate Brake

I could have used bolts to achieve the same function but metal bolts would mar the finish of my telescope mount. So I designed a plastic brake to prevent the telescope from sliding off the  mount if the mount clamps are not tight enough. If you print two and mount them on the front and back of your Losmandy plate, it will elevate the plate and make it easier to lift your telescope when it is not on the equitorial mount and prevent furniture scratches. I used  8mm socket head screws to attach the part to the plate the part can accommodate other sizes.
