Ender 5 Raspberry Pi 4b case with 2040 extrusion mount (OctoPi)and 4040 fan

Raspberry Pi 4b case designed in Fusion 360 with heated inserts, I designed it to be fixed on the 2040 extrusion of my Ender 5 Pro and it also holds a full 40x40 fan for cooling.

For the fan I only placed 2 holes for the screws because it was more than enought, but if you want the 4 screw version, just ask and I'll upload.

Heated inserts are M3 with OD 3.6mm and 3mm height.

Printed in Devil Design Petg yellow and Tucab Petg black at 0.2 layer height.

The photos correspond to my unit.

I changed the model I uploaded to remove my logo and leave the Raspberry logo, everything else is equal.

Easy print on an Ender 5 Pro with no supports.

For the fan I used 2 M3 16mm with a locknut (Maybe overkill lol)

For the case itself I used 4 M3 8mm screws

Perfect fit
