Proxxon PD250 lathe belt tensioner stop

I got very fed up of the belt tensioner falling out of the bottom of its slot on my Proxxon PD250/e lathe, and eventually got round to drawing this thing to fit into the bottom of the slot, and block the tensioner from falling too far. It's a big quality of life improvement for a ≈6 minute print.

You can tap the hole M3 if you want to add a handle to it - I didn't find this necessary though.

I printed in PETG, although most filaments should work.
