TUBELESS PEN BLANK NO 02

This is a tubeless pen blank for standard pen fittings.

The tube/ pattern part is printed on a resin printer, I used Monocure grey tuff resin.

Then cleaned and post process in the normal manner.

The bore is opened out so that the fittings just slide in then affixed with a tiny amount of super glue. ( I used an expanding reamer to adjust the bore size.)

The colouring is done with UV resin with pigments added to get the desired colour.

Then turned in the normal manner, you can add the finish of your choice to complete the pen.

I used wax to finish this one off.

I shall have more designs coming up so keep a lookout for these.
