Vaxxi's Ultimate First Layer Calibration Patterns Remix

Hi, I've change source code of remixed part for:

• add my default part selector
• refactor to my oscad standard identation

The functionality of the part is the same of Vaxxi's original one, but now you can select the pattern and options from the oscad customizer.
