A coupler for 6 inch ducting. Uses magnets that are inserted by pausing the print partway then resuming the print. The magnets I used were sold as 6mm x 2mm, but measured as 6.02mm x 1.72mm.
Insert a pause event before the layer that covers the magnet.
In SuperSlicer, the pause is inserted at the beginning of the selected layer, so pick the layer that first bridges over the magnets. I used M600 B2 E1 X10 Y10 on my Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro.
The SLDPRT files have a feature and a sketch each named with the magnet dimension they control - Magnet Thickness and Magnet Diameter. The rest of the part should scale automatically. Defaults are 6.4mm x 2.4mm. It fit my magnets barely loose enough to rattle - it's a tambourine!
Designed in 0.4mm segments for 0.4mm layer height.
