Inokim Ox Dust Caps

These are dust caps for the Inokim Ox electric scooter, which is my primary vehicle for commuting to work. The originals are rubber and have a habit of popping out, so this way I can keep spares around just in case.

You can use these without the o-rings but will only get dust protection, not moisture.

I recommend installing the o-ring and that the cap be sealed via an acrylic top coat prior to o-ring installation if you expose your scooter to any moisture, as most 3D prints are water permeable. This will ensure that you keep moisture away from the components under the cap.

Print the large and small caps upside down with no supports. 0.2mm layer height or better, 30% infill

The rear axle wire cap is intended to be printed right side up, with support.

Large cap requires 33mm x 37mm x 2mm O-Rings

Small cap requires 27mm x 31mm x 2mm O-Rings
