Always loved the Baghera toy cars, so I made a printable version of one of them which is not sold anymore, with a little bit of my own twist.
01 Body
It is optimized to print upwards (front on the bed), which makes the nicest finish. No support or brim needed. 15% infill
02 Grille
Print the grille with the position as it is mounted (with ornament on top). No support needed, but a brim is recommended. 15% infill
03 Head
Print the head with tree support with the pin facing downwards. 15% infill
04 Axle (4x)
There is a flat part on the axle where it is placed on the bed. No support needed. Print solid.
(it can be a bit difficult to press in the body, but it needs to be tight)
05 Rim (4x)
Speaks for itself… 15% infill
05 Tire (4x)
I created the white wall by adding a ‘filament change’ script at layer height 83. Base is TPU and the white wall is white PLA. 15% infill
06 Wheel cap (4x)
Print with the round part down. Not optimal for the snap, but it does not have to hold much.. Print solid. I needed no brim.
Note: it can be assembled in only one way. With the slot vertical.
07 Exhaust (2x)
The exhaust needs support and a brim. I suggest to mirror the exhaust, so the “ugly” part is always facing down
Enjoy! And do you have any suggestions/problems, let me know!
