bag clip (plier style)

Another bag clip.

I printed the clip with PLA and working well so far. The PLA will become softer over time.   I printed my last one with Bambu Lab Carbon Fiber and seems far better.

For the complete kit, you need to print twice the "pliers" and once the "spring" file. The numbers (80 and 150) represent in mm the width of the largest part). Be sure to print the "spring" on the side like the picture.

To assemble, slide from the side, the pins in the holes, then slide the spring from the top until the pins are in the holes.

Une autre pince à sac!

J'ai imprimé ce modèle en PLA et pour le moment tout semble parfait. Le “spring” PLA se déforme avec le temps, il faudra en imprimer un nouveau, une fois de temps en temps.  J'ai imprimé mon dernier “spring” en PLA fibre de carbon.   Ça semble beaucoup mieux.

Pour imprimer le kit au complet, imprimez deux fois un fichier "plier" et une fois fichier "spring". Le numéro (80 ou 150) représente la largeur de la pince en millimètres. Imprimez le "spring" sur le côté afin d'avoir afin que la pièce ne casse pas à une couche.

Pour l'assemblage, prenez les deux pinces et insérez les trous et les pins. Puis pincez et glissez le "spring" par le haut du manche.
