The author created a great model and I really liked the stone look. But unfortunately after waiting many hours for the print, I discovered it was just a bit too small for the Kleenex brand full size tissue boxes that we use in our household.
I had to change all of the dimensions, but same design as the original. So if you like that model but have full-size Kleenex brand tissue boxes like the kind they sell at Costco, then use this remixed version and also throw a like to the original author.
Note 1: Apparently even within Kleenex brand, there are some variations of box sizes. This model is sized for boxes that measure about 217mm long x 120mm wide x 120mm tall.
Note 2: Uploaded a make where I painted the cover with spray-on “granite look” paint. I kind of like it and it's another option. Hardware stores will usually carry a few different versions of a faux rock textured paint.
Print ‘upside down’ so no supports needed.
Recommend a decent sized brim - I used 7mm with brim-object gap of 0.12
Having made a few of these now, I can say that the difference between .020 layer height and 0.24 isn't very noticeable and can cut down several hours.
I tried 0.28 and found it a bit rough though it is acceptable.
For me, 0.24 with the 0.4 nozzle is the sweet spot along with 3 wall loops and 25% infill - but of course you can make your own speed/quality/strength tradeoffs.
