This is designed to contain and conceal the data cable from my raspberry pi running Octoprint to the printer motherboard.
This fits on the build plate on it's side, at a 45deg angle
Magnet holders fit into the Aluminum extrusions and turn to lock into place
Cord Cover easily held in place by magnets for easy install/removal
A major design philosophy of my Ender 3 Pro is to be as self contained as possible. I got tired of having to disconnect/detach/untangle everything in order to move the move to out of my enclosure to work on, so I have minimized this, and now, with everything mounted to the printer itself (Pi, camera, cables, drawer), I only unplug the two power cables (one for printer, one for pi) and I can remove and transport the entire printer with ease. This enables much easier maintenance and has made my workflow much more efficient.
All of my designs are unpaid passion projects that I choose to share, and I provide mesh models for free, but if you'd like to support me and my work, donations are greatly appreciated.
