Technically, this is a remix of the stock Creality X motor belt cover but I have no way to reference the original model as it came from a stock Ender 3 assembly in Onshape public library. The idea came from the model listed as the original though. I just integrated the press-on cable holder into the cover itself.
The main purpose is to provide a slot to hold the Sprite cable in front of the Z axis profiles. I use the cable clamp from https://www.printables.com/model/314692-ender-3-with-sprite-extruder-cable-management to hold the cable at the extruder. At the bottom of the cable slot is a place to attach a zip-tie and it will clamp the cable slightly to keep it from sliding out. I also wrapped some tape around the cable at the top of the slot to provide a bit more strain relief.
Models are also provided to relocate the X endstop switch 8mm to the left so that the nozzle will line up with the edge of the build plate. By default you lose 8mm of build surface on the left side when using the Sprite on the Ender 3 V2 and probably the original Ender 3.
One version has recessed text to designate the Ender 2 V2 as the E3 V2 S1. I filled the text with colored epoxy resin to match my color scheme.
There is also a version of just the plain cover without the sprite cable slot but it has the switch location moved.
Print with the front plate face down. Use supports on the Sprite cable slot.
