Magnetic band file band holder

Introduction

This is a simple hanging holder for the bands from a band file which is attached with 6mm x 3mm magnets under a metal cabinet or similar. It can take both 10mm and 13mm wide bands.

Print Instructions

There are two versions: single colour and dual colour. 

The single colour version is simple; you just print it!

The dual colour version can be printed with MMU or alternatively do a manual filament change in the beginning of the print. The .stl files include both the base and the text for each of the grit versions.

If you don't have experiance with manual filament changes, the simplest way is to grab the print files I've included. The prints starts with the text colour! When the time comes to change filament, the printer will pause the print and guide you through it. The text is two layers high, so it is not a lot of work to do the manual filament change.

Assembly

Use a drop of superglue and push in the 6mm x 3mm magnets and you are done.
