This jig is inspired by Makers_Fun_Duck's method for joining strips of PET bottle before they are put through the filament extrusion process (detailed in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNtrQQ42WG4&t=0s)

The holes at the top are 2.2mm thick to allow for a 2mm drill bit to pass through easily to put the holes in the bottle strip for joining. The holes are spaced 5mm apart, as described in the video, and there is an additional 5mm gap between the last hole and the back of the jig.

The jig is flexible enough to press the front of it down to clamp the strip in as you poke your holes. There is an additional hole at the front and back of the jig to allow for mounting it with a couple of small screws, but it works just fine without mounting it as well.

Printed with 0.2mm quality w/ 15% infill. Print on its side; no supports required.
