I Wanted to double sided tape it so I needed a version without the reinforcement behind.
So I've slice it in PrusaSlicer.
And I've print it at 102%
(When you play with scale more than once in prusaSlicer this scale add up! be sure to compare the real size in informations of your slicer program)

Rafts:Yes
Be sure your bed is reliable.
Use support, raft and glue if you print it stand-up (better print with PrusaSlicer smoot layer height feature)
Removed parts for thin double-side tape installation
If your Printer bed is reliable you could print this. Or you should really add some glue.
I've sliced the back portion for remove the designed support and the reinforcement that we really dont need for this kind of thing.I've used PrusaSlicer rotated the thing on is back then sliced it to remove de back support and reinforcement.
Then I've rotate it back to stand up so the print could have a better finish.
I've used Smoot feature in PrusaSlicer for getting better perfect curves
