Simple to print and simple to mount lightweight solution for koss porta pro and koss ksc75 headphones onto the Pico 4 or Pico 4 Ultra

Total weight with speakers and all the wire 40 grams!

Print the bracket at 101% scale in slicer for a looser fit that allows easier sliding across headstrap for adjustment, printed in PLA.

Simply unclip the speakers from loss headphone band (very easy but take care not to press on speaker cone)

Note which speaker is left and right and push fit install to the printed arm.

For storage in cases, simply slide out the arm from bracket and store, leaving brackets on headstrap.
