Pepper Mill Funnel
I can't fill my pepper mill without spilling peppercorns everywhere, so I made a complicated funnel.

Description
PDFIt should fit most pepper mills, I think. It fits the two that I own, a Peugeot and a generic from Walmart.
The center piece fits over the shaft in the pepper mill.
I printed mine upright with a brim and no supports. YMMV.
I added the Fusion 360 file for anyone who wants it.
