Miniature ratchet and pawl mechanism

This is part of a larger project, but it's interesting enough to play with on its own.

The model comes in five parts. The “brace” and “cap” parts should be press-fit into the base and gear, respectively. The “arm” prints with small tabs that you should snip off. You may also have to sand or file the arm down a bit so that it slides smoothly in the holes attached to the base.

I've included 3MF files for printing, and the FCStd file for tweaking in FreeCAD (v0.20.2)

Printed successfully in PLA on a Sovol-SV06, using Ultimaker Cura, with "Fine" 0.1mm layer height. I'd recommend printing the parts individually, to avoid warping on the smaller parts.
