A projector for GoBo that can be mounted on any flash (preferably one with a Led pilot light, such as the Godox MS300V).
This is a personal elaboration inspired by the work of Petri Damsten (http://petridamsten.com/gobo-holder/) and Schweiner (https://www.schweinert.com/diy-gobo-projector-godox-v1-ad200/)
My design is intended to be used with vintage M42 lenses, but you can remix the dedicated lens component to fit any bayonet.
I wanted a flexible design that allow me to customize based on needs. The part that connect the lens is designed to have the right focal distance (for M42 lens is 45.46 mm) then the part that connected to bowens mount has a slot to allow to insert a round gobo with diameter of 60 mm and thickness of 1.6 mm (you can print with PLA your own GOBO). I have also designed an additional part that allow to add more GOBOs. In my final product I have 3 slots for GOBOs, one for the diffusion sheet, one for gel and the most closed to the lens the real pattern I would like to project, but you can stack more if needed.
The Bowen mount piece has also 3 threaded brass inserts M5 to allow to keep the parts together with M5 bolts. It's also coated with aluminium adhesive to improve reflectivity and better thermal management.
