Prusa MINI Raspberry Pi 3b+ Cover

Many thanks to Joe for the inital publishing of the case for the Pi3. The 3b plus have some parts at different places as well additional connectors.
I updated the cover only. The buttom remain the same from Joe. It fits 100% and very tight without screws.
I also closed the holes (where possible) to avoid EMC by touching and dirt coming in. You can easily cut out what you need for cooling or for Camera.
