This is my original model. However, the size was inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/456661-choochoo-a-3d-printable-4-tone-train-whistle-v31/comments/840929 200% size which sounded great but took a lot of air.
After 9 iterations, it's still just a train whistle, but one I can be happy with. I hope you enjoy it too.
Print with supports “touching buildplate only” and with the support angle at 55°.
With a 0.4mm nozzle 2 walls for the plenum (mouthpiece) and resonator are acceptable. 3 walls for the sound hole. Use adaptive layers between 0.15mm and 0.25 for the sound hole. 0.2mm-0.28mm layer height for the plenum and resonator tubes.
The pieces attach with just a dab of glue at the joints.
