Loaded the stl into PrusaSlicer and it reported nearly 15000 open edges and over 15000 auto repairs. I have loaded the stl into Blender and copied the two necessary profiles from which I removed all unnecessary vertices. I then extruded the two profiles and created a union of the two extrusions which I then exported as an stl which loaded into PrusaSlicer with no errors found but can't figure out how to upload my stl

Scaled up 200%. Good model with a minor flaw in the upper right wing. There's a visible line in the gap between the raised red parts that appears to be the end of a layer. I thought it was a printer problem at first, but it shows up in the slicer also. (edited)

Made a small 5 cm version as a key chain. Added a hole for the chain. Didn't have red filament, but I think they turned out nice anyways.
