the famous Mathematica butt

As we all know, the greatest Stack Exchange page is this Mathematica one, How do I draw a pair of buttocks?. I have lovingly ported the top answer to OpenSCAD. This one requires scad-utils and skin.scad to work, but trust me, it's worth it.

This was originally part of OpenSCADvent 2020, my attempt at an OpenSCAD model a day for 25 days. On Thingiverse I had categorized this under “Replacement Parts” which I still think is kinda funny.
