Today have something special for you Linka users a printed mould for making double sided brick tiles for those walls you want to see from both sides.
The mould has a 2 degree draft angle to help get the plaster part out of the mould.
I make the plaster like a paste then fill both halves of the mould and then clamp them together, giving a a number of taps on the bench so all the plaster flows together.
If you have a mould release it will help get the plaster part out of the mould.
When cured using a knife separate the 2 halves, and carefully working along the open end lift and remove the part from the second half.
This should also print on an FDM printer with a 0.2 nozzle as the mortar lines are 0.4 mm wide
Printer:
WANHOA D7
Resolution:
0.025 Z height
Notes:
I printed this mould on a Wanhoa D7 in Monocure Rapid Clear Resin which is a non-flexible resin as that is all that I have. If you have a flexible resin it would be easier.
This should also print on an FDM printer with a 0.2 nozzle as the mortar lines are 0.4 mm wide
