Voron 2.4 Deck Extrusion covers with bedfans

I've always hated the look of the exposed extrusions by the deck panel. It was unsightly and plastic boogers always find their way in there which was a pain to keep clean. I wanted to cover those, but also wanted to cover the gap between the extrusions and the deck plate as well, giving it a nice and finished look. Incidentally it's improved my chamber temps by a few degrees as well.

While I was at it, I updated the Ellis 5015 bed fan design to give that a cleaner look as well, in addition to making a wire slot under each of them to hide most of the fan wiring.

Everything is oriented correctly and sized up with 0.5% to make up for ABS shrinkage. I've used standard Voron settings to print these.

For the side skirts, I've included a multi body STL and two separate STLs. It depends on your slicer which approach will be the least effort. Of course, you can also print the side skirt STL without the coloured logo if you prefer (the inset is 3 layers)

Only the bed fan cover uses a standard Voron spec heatset insert per fan, the rest are 3mm hammer head T slot nuts. They're a little easier to use in this application as opposed to roll in nuts, because you can screw the hammer head nuts onto the bolt and then line it up to insert into the extrusion.

I've also designed the covers to have a slight lip where it covers the actual deck plate. If used with under deck clips it'll clamp the deck panel nicely to prevent vibrations or sag. There's two types you can use, either:
