Letter Board Backing

When I printed the Letter Board, I had to scale down the frame to 185mm x 135mm x 12mm, but the board itself wiggled around. This backing has just enough to be snug and keep it in place (with the help of some glue).

Also fixed the Q piece that was causing problems in the original files.
