This is my Parametric Nozzle Storage Box! There are files contained within to suit both V6 nozzles, and MK8 nozzles.

This is a Fusion 360 project, which, if you haven't got, is free to hobbyists, so go wild!

Included is a screenshot on how to change the parameters to suit how many nozzles you have. There are several default sizes of box available too, with two different tolerances.

By default, all tolerances are set to 0.3mm. If you'd like a tighter fit, there is a .zip file containing 0.2mm toleranced parts, and you can also open up the .f3d file to customise everything yourself.

Goals for future iterations if there is support:

  • Automatically generate the size of nozzle onto the front face of the box to allow easy identification.
  • Embed a logo that would scale accordingly.
  • Allow for larger than 10mm "NozzleUnit" sizes (currently it works, but does not work as intended).
  • Work out how to do a print in place system as a hinge that will allow parameterisation as well.

(pro tip: print the nozzle base upside-down to get a really clean surface so your nozzles "pop" against the background)

Notes:

2 walls recommended. 3 walls I found ending up having strange layering on the outside of the Nozzle Base.

There is no reason why other filaments couldn't work. I think a rigid TPU one would be quite interesting, or a soft TPU too. PEEK would be strange, and expensive, but a fantastic way to show off your Ruby-Tipped, Tungsten Carbide nozzles!
